The typical delivery time for our products is 5-10 days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on order quantity, inventory, receiving address and logistics conditions.

Can cleaning drones be returned or exchanged after purchase? +
The product ordered can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the unit is unused, unused, and in its original packaging.
Customers who purchase directly from Altibotics are eligible for a full refund, excluding shipping fees, if the return is made within the 14-day period.
Purchases made through third-party vendors or financing partners, however, are non-refundable and considered final sale.
This means the return and refund policy depends on your purchase method contact our support team for guidance before initiating a return.
What is the condition for a return or exchange? +
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product and all included accessories must
be unused, in original packaging, and free from any signs of installation or operation. Returned products are carefully inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet these conditions before a refund or exchange is processed.
We recommend retaining all packaging materials until your system has been fully
tested and accepted.
Are there any restocking fees or special charges for returns? +
Yes. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs. This fee does not apply to returns due to verified defects or shipping damage confirmed by our support team.
Shipping costs for voluntary returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Why is it critical to monitor battery level during droneoperation with parachute system? +
Monitoring the battery level is essential for flight safety and system reliability, no matter if the parachute is attached or not. Low or unstable battery power can
cause voltage drops, sudden power loss, or loss of altitude control—especially when flying higher or carrying additional payload.
Operational Safety Guidelines:
- Always begin every flight with fully charged batteries. Flying higher or lifting more weight increases power demand and shortens flight time.
- Do not ignore low-battery warnings.
- Land immediately when a critical low-battery warning is issued. Continuing flight under low power can result in mid-air shutdown or equipment damage.
- Charge and store batteries in a cool, dry, and fire-safe area. Never charge
batteries unattended or in direct sunlight. - Inspect each battery before use. Do not operate with batteries showing swelling, dents, cracks, or other visible damage.
- Handle all batteries with care. Damaged or overheated batteries must be replaced immediately.
Battery management is a core part of safe operation. Please consult your drone supplier for all information about battery use and maintenance, ensuring stable power delivery and consistent flight performance.
How shall I maintain the Drone Parachute systems? +
Please refer to the maintenance manual when using the product to ensure proper care and safe operation. We recommend inspecting the parachute system regularly and replacing the entire system every 12 months to maintain optimal performance and reliability. For any questions or additional guidance, our technical team is always available to assist.
Does Altibotics product come with a warranty? +
Yes. Every Altibotics product includes a 6-month limited warranty covering defects
in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. The
warranty period and specific terms are provided with each product. For detailed
information or assistance with a warranty claim, please contact our support
team.
What parts are not covered under the warranty? +
The warranty excludes consumable and wear items in the products such as parachute housing, gripper of airdrop system, as well as any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or operation outside Transport Canada regulations. Please note that repairs or maintenance performed by unauthorized service providers can also void the warranty.
How do I file a warranty claim? +
Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and notify Altibotics of any damage
within five (5) days. Using the product before reporting damage may void
warranty coverage. For verified warranty repairs, customers cover return
shipping.
How are warranty repairs or replacements handled? +
Covered products or components will be repaired or replaced at no cost during the
warranty period, provided proper maintenance and use.
If a part is discontinued, Altibotics will substitute an equivalent or improved component at its discretion.
After the warranty period ends, repairs or replacements are available as paid service
options through Altibotics or authorized partners.
